The truck is assembled in Kazakhstan from the car kits provided by China’s main automobile factories, with high reliability, safety and quality assurance.The cab and frame are assembled at PCC Saktagan’s production plant.

PCC Saktagan products have OTTS compliance certificate and CT1 certificate of origin.
According to the customer’s requirements, the equipment for assembling and welding the car frame is allowed to manufacture the car frame with different height and length. In addition, according to the customer’s requirements and the use of automobile chassis, automobile frame can be assembled into various lengths (vehicle mounted, tipper truck, grain truck, garbage truck, truck crane, concrete mixer, tank truck and other special equipment).

The frame parts are made of high-strength alloy, and the frame is assembled by cold riveting, which makes it possible to produce two-layer reinforced frame for vehicles in more severe conditions. Various engines (d10.380-50, yc09000-60, WP10 / WP12 with power up to 400 HP) of ecological Euro 5 Euro 6 can be installed on the automobile chassis.

On the vehicle, the dual circuit brake system WABCO ABS / ASR 4S / 4H is installed. The front suspension can be spring or pneumatic. Rear axle with air suspension. On a chassis with a 6×2 wheel arrangement, a suspension bridge is used.

1. HIGH RELIABILITY

4. Integrated design

The chassis and the upper part of the body are designed synchronously, with space reserved for future modification and seamless connection as a whole, which can avoid damage to the chassis in the process of processing and more safely assemble electrical equipment such as vehicle CAN bus.

5. Intelligent management

CAN bus control technology is adopted to provide information exchange, remote vehicle lock, electronic speed limit and other functions.
