Three-axle semi-trailer "SAKTAGAN"
Short description
In the constructions of trailers and semi-trailers of Saktagan LLP, components of leading European companies are used:
- BPW axles and suspensions;
- pneumatic brake system and anti-lock systems company WABCO (Austria);
- pivots, fifth wheel couplings, support devices of JOST and + GF + firms (Germany);
- additional equipment, devices for cargo linking company SUER (Germany);
- Tires from Michelin, Bridgestone (France), Continental (Germany), Pirelli (Italy), Kama (Russia).
Axles and suspensions (BPW production):
Dependent suspension on longitudinal elastic arms with pneumatic elastic elements and telescopic shock absorbers. The strengthened execution for operation in the conditions of bad roads (and even full off-road).
Brake system (production WABCO, Germany)
Pneumatic outputs and pneumatic brake system for connecting the trailer to the car are made in a two-wire circuit and meet the requirements of UNECE Regulation No. 13. The service brake system is pneumatic with drum-type braking mechanisms. The trailer is equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS). To connect the ABS brake system of the trailer with the ABS brake system of the car, it is possible to install a connecting socket made according to the type of ISO 7638.
Support devices (JOST, GF +)
Mechanical, telescopic type, with gear. The force on the handle of the drive of the lifting-lowering mechanism does not exceed 400 N (40 kgf).
Floor
The flooring is made of laminated multilayer birch plywood with a thickness of 27 mm with an external anti-slip surface. The floor has 14 rings-holders of cargo fastening, designed for a load of 2 tons. each
